It was previously owned by a mature couple who did not use it very much. With the exception of a few interior scuff the camper is in near perfect shape. It is clean and odor free. No sign of pets or smoke.

We currently have the camper set up and open up at our car dealership. While we have not stayed overnight in it, showered, or cooked in it, everything works that we have tested.

This spacious camper has 5 slide outs. It has two propane tanks, 2 power awnings, front and rear power leveling jacks, spare tire, A/C, heat, and more.

When you walk into this camper, the living area is on the right (to the front of the camper). It has 2 convertible sofa beds, 1 power reclining loveseat, TV, and electric fireplace. To the left, is the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen has a nice sized fridge, oven, stove, microwave, island with double sink, pantry, wine storage, and more. As you move toward the rear of the camper, there is a nice sized shower and separate toilet to the right and a large closet and double sinks on the left. Finally, you come to the master bedroom at the rear of the camper. It has a king sized bed, plenty of storage, a TV, and electric fireplace.

It will sleep 6 people with the 2 sofa beds in the living room and king sized bed in the bedroom.

On the exterior of this camper, there is plenty of storage! At the rear, it has a nice, big, roll out drawer for easy accessibility.

This camper is 45' 8" long.
