Camper is in very good shape and clean. The couch shows some wear, but past that, the unit is in great shape.

Upon entering this camper, you have the living room in front of you, the dining area to the left of that, and the kitchen with an island to your left. To your right is the master bedroom with a queen size bed and storage space. Going toward the rear of the camper, the bathroom is on the left complete with a toilet, sink, mirror, shower/tub, and exterior door! To the right is storage space. At the rear of the camper is another bedroom with bunk beds on the right and and a bunk over the TV stand with storage. The bunk beds have an extra pull out bed on the floor. The couch in the living room is pull out. There is plenty of room for family and friends!!

The factory advertisement states it will sleep 10 people.

We have just installed a new bed in the master bedroom and a new oversized bed on the single top bunk. These beds are more comfortable than the factory issued items.

This camper is currently winterized.

We have the slide outs open for easy viewing.

We have just installed two brand new tires and re-installed the spare on the back of the camper.

It has an outdoor kitchen with fridge, sink, cabinets, and counter space. This camper also has one power awning.
