The rear door goes right into a bedroom with a futon style couch and bunk. Attached bathroom with sink and toilet. The front door opens into the main living/dining/kitchen area. To the right/toward the front is a hallway to the bathroom and attached master bedroom. This bathroom has a sink, toilet, and shower.

The camper plate has an adapter to utilize a 5th wheel ball. Normally these kits can be unbolted. However this one has been welded on. It could be removed, but it will require a grinder.

The camper is in pretty good shape for the year. We have detailed it and steam cleaned the carpet. It is ready to go to the campsite!

The camper has a loose floor in a section of the dining room slide out. Right under the table, next to the wall. We don't believe it is water damaged, but the supports have pulled away and it sags. It is not "soft" but not attached properly. Please see the last three photos for clarity on this issue.

Some of the wallpaper is peeling next to the seems. It is not water damage, but "old" wallpaper. The camper is a 2009.

33.5" long. 9100 lbs weight. Sleeps 10 according to the specs. Exact layout designs are available online with a google search.

We took this unit on trade. We have NOT tested all the functions. I do not have 50 amp service close to this campers location.

The camper has been winterized.

No LP tanks or TVs included.

50 Amp power cord included and stored inside the front compartment.
