Back in stock at AutoDrive Inc is this 1998 Ram 36 ft Gooseneck Race Car trailer. We purchased this trailer years ago to haul our race cars, but with the sale of the race cars, came the eventual sale of this trailer. The most recent owner bought it only to haul his vintage Mustang, but recently sold his Mustang and had no use for the trailer anymore. Thus he sold it back to us here at AutoDrive Inc.

This trailer is currently set up to haul race cars, but it could be used for much more. The trailer is set up with some steel/aluminum ramp overs that make loading a wide car/race car easily. It also has a side mounted winch to pull your car inside, and the winch has a wireless remote, and a corded remote for easy operation.. The front upper left corner has a electric start generator that powers the whole trailer plus accessories. A fuel cell is mounted in the front right cargo area and that feeds the generator fuel. In the very front of the trailer is a air compressor that has an air line plumbed to the very back.

There is a L-Shaped rack of cabinets in the front, as well as a sink for cleaning your hands. The trailer also features two side lights on the passenger side, for better lighting when working on your race car. The trailer has numerous tie downs recessed into the floor for easy securing of the vehicle or cargo.

The tires on the trailer are about 80% tread. The wheels are chrome and could use a polish. The wheel bearing were replaced two years ago, but I would guess the trailer hasn't been pulled 800 miles since those were done. Included with the trailer is a spare tire and rim.

I have two goose neck hitches/necks for it. One the neck drops straight down from the trailer and can be used with a long box tow vehicle. The other neck (pictured, and currently on it) will work better with a short box tow vehicle as it sets the trailer back from the cab and keeps the nose of the trailer from contacting the back of the cab. Both can be included with the trailer.

The trailer is in very good condition for the year. It does have a few bumps and bruises, but nothing major. Like I mentioned earlier, I had owned this trailer up till 6 months ago, and it served me very well. It works great for race car applications, as it has everything you really need, power, air, lights, storage, cabinets, tire rack, vise, fuel storage, etc. The trailer does what it needs to do and still looks pretty good. The previous owner was tired of mowing around it and it shows, as the trailer could benefit from a good wash, as it has grass clippings blown all over the sides and in the wheels. The pictures your are seeing are exactly how the trailer looks currently. 6000 lbs axles.
